Viewing Device Information
You can view software information about the device on the Device Information page.

'MAC Address' |
Media access control (MAC) address. |

'Serial Number' |
Serial number of the CPU. |

'BID' |
Board ID, which is a unique number that identifies the device and non-SIP session related logs generated by the device. For more information, see Syslog Message Format. |

'UUID' |
A universally unique identifier (UUID) that is used for troubleshooting. |
||||||||||||
'Product Key' |
Product Key, which identifies the specific device purchase (and used for communication with AudioCodes, for example, for support and software upgrades). For more information, see Viewing the Device's Product Key. |

'Device Name' |
Numerical identification of the product (device). |
||||||||||||
'Device Up Time' |
Duration that the device has been up and running since the last restart (uptime). The duration is displayed in the following format: dd:hh:mm:ss.ss. For example, "1d:21h:40m:21s:75.22" means that the device has been running for one day and 21 hours, 40 minutes and 21.22 seconds. |
